Meet A Vision in Motion Speaker

Dr. Paul Stuart Wichansky
An inspirational speakers bureau in NJ

A NJ SPEAKERS BUREAU HELPS DR. PAUL WICHANSKY SUCCEED!

Disabled self-advocacy speakers continue to inspire youth.

A NJ SPEAKERS BUREAU HELPS DR. PAUL SHARE HIS MESSAGE.

Helping students and professionals soar towards success.

A Vision in Motion, a NJ motivational speakers bureau, found me 18 years ago.

At the time, I was a local speaker who only presented pro-bono classroom assemblies at schools. Despite my 20 years of experience, I did not have much confidence speaking to larger audiences on stage in auditoriums. These larger groups felt just too intimidating. I felt more secure walking up and down the aisles within a small classroom setting, so the students in the back of the room can "experience" the power of the assemblies just as well as the captivated students up front! The classroom assemblies felt more personal to me and to my young audiences, but my topics were also extremely limited to disability awareness and character education. In May 2001, Jay Gittleson finds me via my website, previews three of my assemblies, and then asks me to become a speaker for his new NJ speakers bureau, A Vision in Motion. I was excited at the idea and jumped right in!

Jay took me under his wing and quickly increased my confidence speaking to larger groups and to more mature audiences. My presentations became more uplifting and insightful as he began to market me to other  NJ schools, colleges, and professional organizations searching for inspirational speakers.  He asked me to create the A Vision in Motion website for his many speakers, and I heard through the grapevine that his many clients were impressed by the online presence for his speakers bureau and complimenting him for a very professional website! In addition, a memorable highlight occurred when Jay invited me to be one of three bureau speakers to help inspire United Nations representatives at their Special Session on Children in NYC.

Although I was the only A Vision in Motion speaker to earn a standing ovation that day, I felt that the standing ovation should have been instead reserved for Scott Chesney.  I'm still not sure why I earned the standing ovation because, for every presentation and keynote, I shine the spotlight away from me and onto my audiences so they can become the Heroes we all know they can be!

I use myself as an example when I take each audience on a journey of self-discovery and highlight the power of unconditional love, eliciting feelings in my audiences ranging from self-criticism, reflection, humor, joy, and, ultimately, triumph.  Middle and high-school students often come up to me afterwards in tears, because they are so excited -- not about me -- but about *themselves* and what they can achieve with a positive attitude and perseverance.

We all have heard the phrase from one of my favorite 1980s television shows, Knight Rider, where "One man can make a difference." In 2004, I wrote the star of that show, David Hasselhoff, a thank-you note which he then generously published in his autobiography, available in many languages all over the world. In that letter, I excitedly describe A Vision in Motion Speakers Bureau and the impact that many of our speakers have had on me personally and professionally. David even publishes, in his book, my personal website as well as the bureau website.

A Vision in Motion celebrates the impact that one person can have on our world, and it's all due to Jay's ongoing vision and mission which has allowed each of our unique stories to reach students and adults in many schools, colleges, parents, and organizations nationwide and around our world. I have made inspirational friends in other states and countries who were in my bureau audiences so many years ago, and watching them grow up and succeed provides additional confidence of the success stories made possible thanks to Jay Gittleson and his quest to bring out the best in ourselves.

You are welcome to read my heartfelt (published) thank-you note to David Hassehoff.  As you read these words, and this review, see if you can feel the emotions about how our speakers at A Vision in Motion continue to make waves too.  Motivational speaker Scott Chesney is even in a new documentary called Ride The Wave.

I am certainly privileged to join them on this important mission and life philosophy.

See A Vision in Motion celebrated in Chapter 6 of my new book, "Yes I Can!"  It is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble in Kindle, paperback, and hardcover formats.  A description of my book is posted in my online resume.

A Vision in Motion found me 18 years ago.

At the time, I was a local NJ speaker who only presented pro-bono classroom assemblies at schools.

In May 2001, Jay Gittleson finds me via my website, previews three of my assemblies, and then asks me to become among the first speakers for his new NJ speakers bureau, A Vision in Motion. I was so excited at the idea and jumped right in!

Jay took me under his wing in A Vision in Motion Speakers Bureau and quickly increased my confidence speaking to larger groups and to more mature audiences.  As an active speaker, my presentations became more uplifting and insightful as he began to market me to other New Jersey schools, colleges, and even professional organizations nationwide.

Although I was the only A Vision in Motion speaker to earn a standing ovation that day, I felt that the standing ovation should have been instead reserved for fellow speaker Scott Chesney.

Even Scott Chesney has a new Ride The Wave documentary.

I am certainly privileged to join A Vision in Motion Speakers Bureau and share this important mission and life philosophy.
