Inspirational Conference Keynotes on Diversity and Inclusion
Ensure your team and brand become symbols for success.
Ensure your team and brand become symbols for success.
As a motivational speaker with cerebral palsy and hearing loss, I host presentations to share the positive perspectives and realities of growing up with these challenges and leading a confident, productive life. Whether we have cerebral palsy, ADHD, or autism, our colleagues and employees need to understand that these are not disabilities as much as they are gifts.
These programs help professionals build employee optimism to champion diversity in the workplace; focus on organizational growth and leadership; and be better prepared for anticipated market trends and professional adversities that can challenge our resilience.

Our colleagues and clients come from a variety of racial, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. The acceptance of these and other individual traits -- as well as respecting our foibles -- can enhance our collective success.
As stereotyping implies a negative attitude, I share a different perspective: positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement defines us as leaders who critique rather than criticize.

In this photo, that's me at the podium. I was the keynote speaker to 10K athletes, coaches, and parents at Special Olympics Pennsylvania.
