Dr. Paul Wichansky, Motivational Speaker on Disability and Leadership
Diversity helps us learn to respect and accept others who are different from us.
Respecting diversity begins at home. On a university campus, we have the same zip code with those who embrace a different culture, heritage, LGBTQ, or those with a physical or intellectual disability.
Why do we need to be strangers when we are neighbors attending the same university?
I host university programs and keynotes to help students create and sustain a world of kindness, compassion, and respect for everyone's life as students start to lay a foundation for their professional career.
Daily interactions with a diverse population promotes upward social mobility and leadership in the real world.
